Hyperlink not working?

Hi,

I have had the auto hyperlink set for a long time, still set. Now not working.
No other plugins or extensions installed. I did update Komento?

See attached.

OK that makes sense Ramond, I changed the settings and it is working now.
Can I suggest that you either edit the text found in the Settings/Layout/General/Comment Appearance/Auto Hyperlink change the 'Auto Hyperlink' to 'Auto Hyperlink (MUST HAVE Enable BB Code ENABLED)' or edit the code to allow the BB code function that allows hyperlinking to be switched on if the user selects' Auto Hyperlink' in the Comment Appearance section.

This would save you guys having to answer support tickets like mine as it is not obvious that a dependency exists if you select the 'Auto Hyperlink'

Is the page having the non-hyperlinked youtube link?
site.com/index.php/travel

I tried inserting this link on my local instance and it's being hyperlinked properly.
I'm getting the following message when trying to login into the back-end. Please advice.


Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.
Would it be possible to provide us the ftp access as well in case we need it to investigate further?

You should be able to login now Ramond.

The links as you can see if you look under the top menu link "Legal" you will see non youtube links this is happening for all copied links.

I have just tried typing the link http://www.yahoo.com and this makes no difference, link still not hyperlinking?

I see you have submitted a post with a link under the 'Legal' category which is not hyperlinking? Glad it's not just us.

Hey Bob,

It appears that the following setting is disabled on your site.
Settings>Editor>BB Code>Enable BB Code

This setting has to be enabled in order for the auto hyperlink setting to work.
