Hi guys, I'm stumped. The mod_easybloglatestpost module has the ability to show/hide the "featured image." But in the blog post itself, I don't see a way to set an image as featured. In fact, most of my posts use the "Blog Image" parameter, and do not have images inserted into the body of the post. BUT, this module will ONLY show images inserted into the body, and then, just the first one.

Am I missing something? Or, is there an easy way to get this module to show the "Blog Image" instead of the first image?

Thanks in advance!
Hello Amy,

By default, the module will get Blog Image instead of first image. But if there is no Blog image, it will use first image. Can you provide us your backend and FTP so we can have a better look on your issue here. Please advise.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I just installed the latest blogs module and this behaves correctly. So new question:

Did the mod_latestblogs REPLACE the mod_easybloglatestpost ?? Could it be that I was just using the older version of the "latest" module?

Or are these intended to be different modules? Confused!

Hello Amy,

It is because you were using the older version. The latest version is called mod_latestblogs.
