How to set up the Email paraser

Hey quick question, i've manged to set up the Email parser on the General Tab, but i would like to be able to add an email for each catergory i have,

I've set up 2 at the moment.. well at least i think i have. it seems that if i send an email to either of them it gets posted in the same category, even tho i've set up the parser in each category seperatly.

My question is do i need to set it up in the general tab (under settings) and the category or just in the categorys?
