I think I have activated the right part of the notification in the toolbar....but is there a possibility to deactivate e.g. the communication button because I am using ES to communicate.....I think it does not use the same communication system, or?

May i know do you mean that you would like the filter set to "unread tab" by default when access in your Easydiscuss frontpage layout?
If yes, unfortunately that was no setting for this in current system.
If you are not referring this, can you elaborate more details regarding this?

yes you are right - I wanted to know if there is a possibility to see on the frontpage layout if there are any new answers in the different discussions since my last visit. If so I would like to know if there is a way to get directly to the newest answer in the discussion.

The second question I have is how to get this "new" filter (all, my posts, assigned posts, new, unresolved) visible. Currently I do not have it on my page....

thanks for your great support! Yes you are right - the filter seems to be only visible if there are new discussions....

is there any possibility to go directly to the last answer? Maybe also without the necessity of pagination?

You're welcome. Do you mean that when you open a discussion page, you would like the latest reply post thread show in the first one?

If yes, i have help you change the ordering from your backend > Easydiscuss > setting > layout > general > Default replies filter tab - show latest tab

Can you check again is it meet your requirement now?
