I have disabled the creation of groups. How to remove unused modules?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. That's actually not a module, it's a group filter and you can turn this off in the Theme settings of EasySocial
If it's a module, go to the backend modules area and type the name of the module. From there disable it. Unfortunately if you uninstall it, it will come back on the next update. So the best thing to do is disable the ones you don't want.
