Hi Mark,

that works for the Joomla articles. Thanks.

But with EasyBlog it seems not working as it should? http://www.dreamhouses.com/blog/entry/dreamhouses-blog-news-updates/news-update

seems that the code appear there and not strip all comments fields there.

Hey ssnobben,

Can you try applying the css codes below into your template's css file?

body div#fd.eb .eb-showcase-thumb {
padding-bottom: 0;
}

Hey ssnobben,

Firstly, please understand that we deal with hundreds of different issues everyday and getting us to search for your site access will just turn us off and this will slow us down from checking your issues. If you do not want to keep setting your site access, please just set this once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site

Secondly, you are getting that notice because you are on development mode. You can go to Settings > System and set it to "Static" instead of "Development".

By the way, once you update to 5.0.19, the padding issues with your showcase should be fixed. You might need to clear your browser's cache.

Hi Mark,

great that you have the credentials in one place!

I update it there as you asked bcs its also frustrating to have different developers that have different support people that ask the same questions thousand times in messages/boards/support system so this is finally a good solution for all. Bcs this turn customers off too. Thanks!

Anyhow changed the Joomla back end to normal not dev mode but the messages still there and also the issue on padding see attachment. I c l e a r e d my browser and also tried with IE..

Thanks!

Hey there,

I don't seem to see the padding issues any longer http://screencast.com/t/qIcjINB2ar . It looks like Komento currently does not support this in EasyBlog. We'll see we can improvise on this in the near future.

Hi Mark,

thanks thats good.

I also have one issue that I can remove the Location here Location (Map) on this page http://www.dreamhouses.com/blog/entry/dreamhouses-blog-news-updates/news-update and I tried that setting in both EasyBlog and Kommento cleared all cacheds but still remains. Enable Comment Location = No

http://www.dreamhouses.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=settings&layout=general&active=location

http://www.dreamhouses.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_komento&view=integrations&component=com_easyblog

Any tips what I can do or is this a bug?

Hey ssnobben,

This can be disabled in Settings > Layout > Post Options. You just need to disable the option "Show Post Map".

By the way, in the future you should create a new thread instead of posting all your questions in 1 single thread. Other moderators will most likely not answer your question because your thread is extremely long and they need to read from the start.

Just imagine if I add you to an existing email list which already has 200 over replies. Do you think it makes sense if you read through all 200 of them just to realize the last reply was something else?

Hi Ssnobben,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here and we have been occupied with JoomlaDay Malaysia events during weekends.

I've check your site and it seems like you have set the post options from category "DreamHouses blog news & updates" to always follow the settings set from the category itself. I've set "show post map" options to use inherit settings so that it will follow back to the settings set from backend > easyblog > settings > layout > post options. It should be working correctly now.
