The title of the question is already added by default in the subject of the email. We didn't actually customize anything here.

i don't have the title of the question in the subjects of notification emails in my easydiscuss forum, i have only "new question nº..." or new reply added to nº
and i would put the title in the subject, like the stackideas support forum...

I am really lost here but these are the language strings used in the email,

COM_EASYDISCUSS_NEW_QUESTION_ASKED="[#%1s]: New question asked - %2s"

COM_EASYDISCUSS_NEW_REPLY_ADDED="[#%1s]: New reply added - %2s"

They both include the title of the discussion. Perhaps your language string is missing the %2s ?

at the moment it is... author + question... but i think it is possible to put author - in category - question

It's not possible to include the category title unless you hack the core files. If you are wanting to hack the core files, locate the file /components/com_easydiscuss/controllers/posts.php
