How to get the website field to display in my EB comments

I am wondering if somebody can point out to me where the setting is to enable the display of the website field in comments submitted to my EasyBlog posts. Currently we have it set to allow a person to create a new Title, Enter a Comment and then also enter a Website. It all works good except that I am not seeing the website being displayed. I have been looking through the settings figuring I am missing one but have not found it. Can you tell me where that setting is?

Here is a url where you can see that the website url is not displaying in the comments. I usually put one in. And, in this case I added a url into the comment body because it did not display when I put it into the website field.

Sorry for the delays, I was fixing your site earlier today when the entire internet of the office decided to go down The links are actually not added into the content of the comment, instead it's on the person's name. However, there was another bug that prevented the URL to be submitted. It should work correctly now.

Thank you Mark,
I already have that permission set to Yes. I figured that might be the one but since I was not seeing the web site displaying thought I must be wrong. The only way I am getting the web site urls to show is if I put the url into the body of the comment.

I see that somebody from StackIdeas just posted a couple test posts and that the test posts also are not displaying any URL. Thank you for looking at this. Please let me know what you are finding! :-)
