I deleted some Joomla users, and now I get this warning when I’m in EasyDiscuss:

Warning
JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 14

How can I make this warning go away?
Hey Bob.

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

To fix this, you have to find this user which discussion post he created before then change to another user existing id.

To permanently fix this, you have to install this user plugin (plg_easydiscuss_users.zip) and set `Owner for orphaned items` from bacekend > Easydiscuss > settings > maintenance

What this option task is actually specify your new ownership for those orphan items such as posts, tags, comments and etc upon user removal. Insert User ID here to set the new owner for those orphan items. Default is 62, which is an admin account when you first install Joomla.

Hope this help.

I'm getting the warning about deleted users again. I'm running 3.2.9744.

I don't recall if I installed the plg_easydiscuss_users.zip plugin you mentioned. Where can I get that?

As you can see from the attached, it looks like I installed plg_easydiscuss_users.zip, since I've got the "Owner for orphaned items" field set to 1, which is a valid user ID.

When does the cleanup occur? When I click "Save", or every night, or some other time?

Hi Bob,
You can download all EasyDiscuss plugins here. I think the plugin that Arlex mentioned was not included in the older version of EasyDiscuss.
After you install the plugin, make sure the plugin is enabled. Then see if the cleanup works.

If you are still having issues after this, can you provide us your backend access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate this?

The problem is still there.

I entered site access credentials at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site.

Please investigate.

Let me know if you need FTP access - you don't currently have FTP access.

Hi Bob,
Thanks for the access. I checked your plugins page and it seems the plugin was not enabled. So I helped you enabled it. Actually, this plugins actually helps you to assign orphaned items that belonged to a deleted user to a new user as stated in the Maintenance setting, but it only works the moment you delete the old user. If you installed the plugin after you deleted the user, then it's too late for it to work.

To get around this, I have helped you assign the orphaned items manually in your database to the user id you specified in the Maintenance setting. So you should not have those error messages anymore. If you are still encountering the issue, let us know and we'll check it out for you.
