How to Export and Import Profile Types

I need to copy the Profile Types, with all custom fields (not test users), from my test installation to the production installation. Both installs use ES 1.3.15. They are located in different subdirectories on the same server. Is there a way to export the settings from the test to the production. In phpMyadmin, I see all of the tables but could not determine which table contains the Profile Type custom fields.

It is a bit tricky to do. Because you need to map carefully all the tables. The safest way to do this is to truncate the existing table (your production) and migrate all Easysocial tables from the test site to production site so that all tables are mapped correctly.

OK. But I am surprised that I need to replace all of the tables. Will do so.

ES has a migration feature for competing products. Why not add and ES-to-ES migration capability?

I would think that my situation would be a common one for cloning/migrating sites from a test server to a production server.
