I would like to disable the public registration link in EasyBlog, that is shown in the comment section.
Where can I find that setting?

You can achieved that by going to Backend>Component>EasyBlog>Settings>Comment and disable "Allow Registration When Posting Comments " as shown http://prntscr.com/ci567u. Please give it a try and see how it goes .
