I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Correct me if I'm wrong, do you want to change the radio button of gender from female/male to other/organisation and add another value to it? Currently, we do not have the radio button custom field, however you can use a dropdown list (refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/sKYQgq149 )

1. I want to keep Male and Female buttons as they are and change the other button in that way that it displays organisation

Currently we do not have other radio custom field at this point of time, we will see if we can implement this in Easysocial 2.0 .

By the way, perhaps you can use multilist or multidropdown custom field to achieve this.
