Currently there's actually no way to "order" a group as we do not actually have the ordering column for groups. Where are you seeing the ordering columns for the group?

As for changing the group's category, it is currently not possible as the custom fields are actually associated with the group category, it's not possible to switch categories now

Ouch, so I gotta delete my old groups and make new ones if I want to move them to new categories? and I gotta delete a bunch of groups to add the one I forgot that belongs in the middle? :P

I hope you will consider adding the option to change category in groups... and to allow us to change the order.

By the way, are there any plans to integrate the option of parent categories, to have two levels of categorization? Just trying to organize content, and the single level is proving to be quite limiting. Trying to decide what approach to take.
