How to assign specific groups or users into specific category?

How to assign specific groups or members into specific category in EasyBlog? I mean if there are "Category A" and "Category B", then i want user A only be able to post on "Category A" and user B only be able to post on "Category B".
And, is it possible to assign that from specific groups on JomSocial?
