I figured out how to turn on the email notification upon page reloading. Why was this not set as default ?

In order for you to assign moderators to a discussion, you first need to assign moderators to the category first. This is the only way EasyDiscuss knows who is a moderator for this particular category. Thanks for your response. I added Managers and Editors to be the moderators, and added one user to be the moderator. However, the Assign Moderator popup still reveals blank choices. Please see the screenshot.
