I thought I set this up to allow guests to be able to post blog entries but when I click on write as a guest it brings me to the log in screen. Do you know what I am doing wrong here? I included m site info below.

Actually that one already set by default was not allow public user to create a new blog post from Easyblog.
Yes, it is set to only Registered users can create a blog. Initially this is for security purpose to not let public have access to write a blog. This will cause an issue to your site if anyone have access to write a blog.
