How to add ALT Tags to Modules

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to add Alt tags that reference the title to the Latest Blog Module at http://www.fairviewhifi.com/ . I'm wondering what line of code am I looking for?

You can have a look in this file: ../modules/mod_latestblogs/tmpl/default_item.php on line 39.
