How do I write a team blog in Easyblog?

It looks like I need to go to backend to write a team blog. But even when I went to "team blog" section in the backend, there is no option to create a new team blog. There is only an option to create teams. Can somebody show me where I should go to add a team blog?

You can create the team blog from your backend > Easyblog > blog > Click "NEW" > select team blog section. Check my screenshot below.

Sorry for late reply to this,
Yes, actually you can create a team blog from your backend or frontend, check my screenshot below.
Once you created the team blog and you need to set which user group/user can able to select this team blog.
When the user have the permission so they can able to publish a team blog.
