How do I set up a moderator for discussions?

I don't see where to set up moderator permissions or how to designate a user or group as a moderator in ACL or Settings? Can you tell me how to do this please? Thanks.
Hello Dom,

1. You need to assign moderators for every category.
2. Moderation will include both question and reply.
3. Yes, you can turn on this option in Backend>ED>Settings>Workflow: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-11-24_1056.png

Hello Dom,

You can do so in the category permissions page. Click on the category at the back end of EasyDiscuss and click on the "Permissions" tab

Yes, thank you, I saw that. 3 related questions:
1. Should I choose 'yes' for every item or are only certain ones required to allow discussion moderation?
2. How do I ensure discussion moderation but not reply moderation?
3. I have many categories. Isn't there a global setting for moderation?
