Hello Ray,

Could you mind provide us with a temporary access to your Joomla backend (as admin) and an FTP access so we can check that issue and see where the problem is coming from? Please advise.

Hello Ray,

Yes, i have tried access again, but i still getting this -> http://screencast.com/t/CbzRqUlNRl

But in the meantime you can try logging in the FTP then rename the following files by adding a .old behind the current name.

JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easyblog
JOOMLA/components/com_easyblog
JOOMLA/media/com_easyblog
JOOMLA/media/foundry

E.g. JOOMLA/media/foundry.old

Then try to reinstall again Hope this helps.

Hello Ray,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Unfortunately we don't have this documentation, but you can follow my explanation then set up your Rocket themes in Easyblog.
First : you need to make sure your Rocket theme is compatible with your Joomla version and install completed.
Second : you have to arrange with your menu item is it all display properly in the Rocket Theme position. If no you have to go to your backend > template manager > Option > Preview Module Positions - Enabled, then open this URL http://greenlawtexas.com/index.php/easyblog/?tp=1 and check the position, when you know which position you would like to put it that main menu, so you go to backend > module manager > search "main" > then you will see that "Main menu" > click in and change that position.

If above explanation couldn't help much here, can you provide us that Joomla backend access so we can help you set up with this. Please advise.
