Regarding your questions, you can use media manager to upload and insert the images in your site. All images are stored in your site and each user/blogger have their own folder. You can go to: Backend > Components > EasyBlog > Settings > Media and have a better look on this.

Each blogger have their own profile and they can edit their profile from front end. As an administrator, you can change the profile picture from backend under EasyBlog > Blogger.
