How can I remove the 'Author' from one of the two blogs on the site

We have two bogs running on the same site - we have split the two blogs with the categories.

One which we use as a normal blog the other we use for testimonials.

For the testimonials blog we would like to hide the Author and the Date.

How can we do this on just on of the blogs while leaving them on the other?

one quick question - why do some of the blogs have an extra line within them?

(this was there before your change)

for Example 'Matthew Boutflour'
