Hi,

How can I add a link in a comment without showing the complete URL. See attachtments.

I just want a link like this: See this link
Hi there,

Unfortunately, we do not have the link setting for the bbcode comment in Easyblog currently. However I've make some quick hack in your site http://screencast.com/t/yturOHZdI19L
I've make some quick hack in the respective folder:
JOOMLA_FOLDER\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\comments\default.js
JOOMLA_FOLDER\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\comments\bbcode.js
JOOMLA_FOLDER\administrator\components\com_easyblog\themes\default\comments\form.js

I'll extend this issue to our developers maybe we can implement this in our incoming version

Have a nice day ahead

Unfortunally, after the last update the fix has lost. And - stupid of me - I have made no copies of the changed files.
Maybe you can implement it in the next update?

Hey there,

The reason that we don't actually have the "url" button is simply because it already processes hyperlinks as you type them. We'll see if we can add this in the upcoming release of EasyBlog
