how can an administrator send notifications to all registered users?

Hi
is it possible for an administrator to send email notifications to all registered users? if how do i go about it because i believe that when an upgrade is done the administrator should at list inform all registered users on whats new or upgrades done to the website.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply, we might have missed this post earlier. Unfortunately right now it's not possible to do this currently In EasySocial 1.3, we will add a new broadcast feature which allows you to broadcast the "Growl" style
