Hm, I am not really sure what you mean by "introduction of a wrong category is shown". Can you please elaborate more on this please? Perhaps the steps to reproduce this issue?

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. What I mean is the following:
I created 7 categories, and each category has a illustration and a description showing at the top of the page.
For every category there is also a module latest blogs and an archive module.
This has been functioning well for quite some time.
Recently I created a new category with also two modules to go with it. That went fine.

In the dashboard, something went wrong:
After creating a new blog, in category "Minke" (i.e. the newly created category), the preview showed the top illustration and description from another category, a different one each time.
Publishing the blog went fine, and it did show correctly on the site. But when approaching the same blog from the "latest" module, again a wrong illustration and introduction are shown, as if it is posted in a different category.

Thank you very much so far. The header is alright now.
The only problem left is that when I set "show avatar" and "show post count" in the latest blogs module to NO, it stills shows in the module on the page. (category Minke)
Any suggestions?

May I know is it about the image? I believe it won't happen again since the issue is that you have wrongly put the image url in the css code in your current Joomla template.
