Hide specific Notifications/ Activities on Stream

Hi,
how can i hide specific activities on Stream?
i.e. "Someone registered on Site" "Mr. X activated APP" ...
These seems useless for our Project.
Hi Daniel you can disable the Someone registered on Site on the stream by:
1. Click Easysocial>Applications>Profiles-profiles>Disable Someone registered on Site http://screencast.com/t/BYYTwhAdbRgE
