Have lost access to support forum and affiliate site

Hi, this is not the right place for this post but I don't seem to have any other way to contact you guys at stackideas.

Both the support board and affiliates sites know my latest email paul@caizergues.fr.

I can reset my password but can't create a new account with the same @

So my usual login paulK does not work any more. I have tried the 2/3 versions I sometime use instead, but none seem to work, and I can't login with my @. Using a different @ will only add to the confusion.

Can you send me a reminder of login used for each site ? Is it possible to reverrt to my default paulK ?

Note : why use different credentials on each of your sites ? and why on some of them limit the length of passwords ? or the character set ?

Thank you for your response. You don't have to register for another account on https://crm.stackideas.com as you will be using the same credentials as your account on http://stackideas.com. In your case, you can login to https://crm.stackideas.com using your username PaulK .

As for your affiliate's account, your username is "polca". Would you be kind enough to check and verify; or do you wish for me to reset your affiliate's password for you?

Hi,
https://crm.stackideas.com/ and http://partners.stackideas.com/signup.php tell me they can't create two accounts whith the same email @ when I try to recreate a new account

So I guess they know me with a different username

Hi,

I finally succeeded.

The credentials on the affiliate site are independant.

But for the ticket site, its weird : I reset the password, different from the one I use on stackidea.com. But this new password did not work. Finally, I tried again using stackidea.com credentials, and it worked. But three days ago, it did not seem to work...
