by creating a new group i get a strange behavior of easysocial.
using backend:
o new group -> choosing category works
o entering title text field is not selectable so i can not enter a title

using frontend:
o new group ok
o select category gives me an Error as you see in the attachment. It's german and means
"Redirection Error.
The called website redirects the query, so that it can never end.
This problem can occur if cookies are deactivated or denied"
Hi Gregor de Lijzer,

I've tried to replicate this issue locally, seems I cannot reproduce it .
Can you try to enable your cookies in your browser.
To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox 4.0 - 8.0 for Windows:
Click Tools > Options.
Click Privacy in the top panel.
Set "Firefox will:" to Use custom settings for history.
Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites" to enable cookies.
Click OK.

And see how it goes? If it is possible to try another kind of browser and clear browser cache.
Please let us know if you require any further assistance

Thanks for your quick reply!
Cookies might not be the problem! I get one! I see it on my cookies list!
Even firebug does not throw any error!

Hi Gregor de Lijzer,

We do not have a better view for this as we cannot replicate it locally .Perhaps you can temporary upload your local site to live so that we can directly look into this issue.

Thank you Muhammad for your reply!
Yes! You're right!
I will upload a copy to my server! As you see i test it on my localhost! Is it possible just to upload it or do i have to worry about the new domain name ?

Hi Gregor de Lijzer,

As you are still in the development site, you no need to worry about your domain name yet. You can change the domain for temporary site to your actual domain later on .
You can simply add the information needed by edit your first post in the site details section, or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies.
