Can you look at the link in the Site Details and tell me why most of the formatting is missing?

It looks like something is causing the CSS or HTML headers to be missing.

This is since upgrading to 1.2.8, the access details are in this post:

Hello Stu,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I cant see any links from the site details section. In fact, there is nothing written in site detail. Can you resend the link again?
Please advise.

Thanks Sam, the link is in the details of my first post (I just checked it's there) and the access details are all listed in the first post of the other thread. This saves me writing them out again.

Thanks.

Thanks Mark, I am only able to check on my phone for now but it looks better. I don't have the best mobile template so will double check on PC later.

There is this message under recent announcements:

Hello Stu,

Can you upload the attached file into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/dbcache/ ?

As for the other issue that you are hitting, can you download the helper.php file below and upload it into /modules/mod_recentdiscussions/ and see if you are hitting the same issue?

Thanks Mark, that seems to have done the trick. Was it an issue with the upgrade process? I like to know why errors occur in case they re-occur.

I am getting a lot of issues with my host regarding CPU usage maxing out, they are not giving me much to go on but debugging Joomla shows over 200 queries with a lot of duplicates on the 'Easy' pages.

Should I start a separate discussion or can you help me investigate here?

Thanks again, great products and great support... again

Hello Stu,

This is actually a bug in 1.2.8. By the way, the latest version of EasySocial has already reduced quite a number of SQL queries as we have optimized it quite a bit and to be honest, the number of SQL query does not mean that it's causing the CPU to max out. You need to get your hosting provider to provide you with a more detailed log of the issue

Thanks again Mark.

I am struggling with the hosts as they say they are unable to provide any information such as logs, their only suggestion is to turn off extensions, modules and plugins 1 by 1 until I find the culprit.

The reason I think it might be linked to Easy products is I have other sites running with my core components e.g. JCE, SH404, No Number and they don't have issues.

What could I ask the host for specifically as I have requested logs before and been told none would help.

Hello Stu,

Hm, they are actually pointing fingers based on assumptions and it's really bad because there could be a possibility that the CPU usage issues might not be related to our products. I guess you should really start looking for a different hosting provider
