Gif image in "latest posts" won't show upon login.

I am using Easyblog and have a blog using module "Latest posts" on the Home Page. When I first log in to Joomla, the gif image shows as an error with an x. When I click on Joomla's "Home" button the image shows correctly. The image size is 2K. How I can make the image show immediately upon login?

Unfortunately my site sits behind a firewall. Can you reply with suggestions of where you would look and what you would look for?

Then I can reply with what I find and perhaps we could find the problem that way?

Hello Dave,

I am really sorry but without any steps to reproduce this issue on your site, it's like finding a needle in a haystack with our eyes covered. We can't really troubleshoot this issue
