Firstly, welcome to the forums As for the errors that you are getting, there's several issues that could lead to this. One of it is most likely your SEF setup. I can't really tell you what is wrong unless I have the access to your site

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

I also just had this problem. I shortened the permalink and the problem went away.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Hm, strange shortening the permalink shouldn't really solve the problem but I guess when you shortened the URL, the system cleared the cache maybe?

I don't think it was a cache issue, because I put the long link back in afterwards to test and it still wouldn't work. I didn't spend any time investigating further, just kept the shorter link.
