Title

After updating to EasyBlog 5, none of the subscribe links function anymore. We've tested the sitewide icon in the toolbar, the individual blog subscribe link, and the category subscribe link. Nothing happens when you click any of the links. We also tested a subscribe module. Also does not function.

The RSS feed icon is not displaying in the toolbar, even though it's activated. If you go to a specific category, there is a 'Subscribe via RSS' link below the toolbar, but no icon in the toolbar. I tried switching themes (we are currently using Bubble) and it didn't show up on a different theme either.

The social media links are not consistently showing up on blog posts. Even though we have several social integrations enabled, the Twitter button is the only one showing on the posts. If you look at dev tools, the divs are there to contain the buttons, but there is no content to display.
Hi there,

I cant access your backend access as we hit this error "403 This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change this message in the component's options". Please advice.

Sorry, I forgot geographic blocking was turned on. I opened it up for Malaysia. Let me know if that gives you access.

I apologize for all the problems you are having logging into my customers site. I was away from work last night and my partner was filling in for me. I’ve completely disabled Akeeba admin, installed RSfirewall for safety and whitelisted your IP and also made sure Malaysia was not being blocked. As a normal practice we set up sites so any component we install, the country it is made in is not blocked by any firewall IP system. For some reason this site was blocking all countries with the exception of the USA.

Hopefully you can get in to take a look after your weekend.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here.

Yes, this is better because I can access your site now.

After updating to EasyBlog 5, none of the subscribe links function anymore. We've tested the sitewide icon in the toolbar, the individual blog subscribe link, and the category subscribe link. Nothing happens when you click any of the links. We also tested a subscribe module. Also does not function.

It seems like your site hitting this error :
Uncaught Error: An instance of Bootstrap has been initialized before this.

Can you provide us with your FTP access again so we can troubleshoot this issue? because I did tried to login as you provided that login credentials at above, but it seems like the login password is incorrect. This is what I hitting now :
Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

The RSS feed icon is not displaying in the toolbar, even though it's activated. If you go to a specific category, there is a 'Subscribe via RSS' link below the toolbar, but no icon in the toolbar. I tried switching themes (we are currently using Bubble) and it didn't show up on a different theme either.

It seems like when I re-save Easyblog ACL from backend, that RSS icon appear on toolbar now.

The social media links are not consistently showing up on blog posts. Even though we have several social integrations enabled, the Twitter button is the only one showing on the posts. If you look at dev tools, the divs are there to contain the buttons, but there is no content to display.

It seems like this issue is because the first issue detected `Bootstrap` initialized before then causing this issue. I will continuous check on this after I can connect with your FTP server.

I'm sorry that the FTP information my partner put in for the site did not work. I've updated the FTP information and double checked and I was able to log into the directory now.

Hey Bruce,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

After troubleshoot long hour ago, it seems like your current template render 2 times head contents, you can check my attached screenshot below or view page source from your homepage.

Uncaught Error: An instance of Bootstrap has been initialized before this.

That is why hitting this error on your site as I mentioned at above.

Can you consult with your template provider regarding this what is the reason need to render 2 times head contents on the page?

I also found out it seems like another head content render from one of the file here if I am not wrong.

JoomlaFolder\templates\yoo_master2\warp\systems\joomla\layouts\head.php
JoomlaFolder\templates\yoo_master2\component.php

Keep us updated once your template provider get back to you.

Thanks for heading me in the right direction. I found a duplicate head echo in the layout/theme.php file.

Everything works correctly now.
