Do you mean you already installed French language in Joomla?

If yes, you have to install Easyblog French language from backend > Easyblog > language, if still got the issue, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

I've checked in your frontend and backend, it seems like most of the language also translated to French word.

But I noticed Easyblog French language only translated 50%, which mean that still got a lot of the language string is not get translated yet.
