Formatting for Stream broken when logged in?

HI Support

For some reason the formatting breaks for the stream when I am logged in?
Please see the screen shots: Logged in & Not Logged in below.

I will post my FTP details below in case any one needs to add an IP address to check this.
You can use the same Site details to login at the front end
