Filter subscription available

Hello,

I have planned to build a website for several schools. The idea is that each school share the same main content.
However each school has got its own first homepage (one subdomain). And each school doesn't accept subscription for all the grade of students.
So what I would like is to have the possibility to filter the subscriptions available depending on each different home page.

Example : School A offers subscriptions to grade 1, 2 and 3.
School B offers subscriptions to grade 3,4,5.

So I want to create a banner for subscription on each homepage but the link would go to a page with not the same subscriptions. So my question is : How can I create this custom link which reveals only some subscriptions available in Easy Social and hide some other subscriptions ?

Is it something easy to do ? Or have I to plan paid customization ? (And by the way, do offer this kind of paid customization ?)
