Hello Pranav,
I am sorry but currently we do not have any video tutorial on EasyBlog or EasyDiscuss
Anyway, maybe you can take a look at our online documentation here http://stackideas.com/docs.html
Also, you can take a look at our demo site for EasyBlog / EasyDiscuss here http://stackideas.com/demo.html
Click on the 'frontend demo' for frontend demostration, or click one backend demo to see how the backend of EasyBlog / EasyDiscuss work.
Hope this help and have a nice day

Hello Pranav,
I am sorry for the late reply.
Yes, you can actually create a menu item that pointing to EasyBlog single category layout and select the category from the menu item edit page. Same to blogger, you can create a menu item that pointing to EasyBlog signle blogger layout and select the blogger.
When someone click on your category menu item, it will bring the user to EasyBlog category page where the page will only list out posts for that particular category
if i create category where i find a link or path of that category
You do not need to know the path to EasyBlog category page. When you create a menu item with EasyBlog single category layout, Joomla will automatically add the correct path
Hope this help and have a nice day
