Hello
On an Open Event, when a user has no attending status (he did not click Attending or Not Attending yet), the Files application is not displaying in sidebar.
In an Open Group, when a user does not belong to the group, the Files application is not displaying in sidebar nor in the group banner (banner on the group albums page and some other pages, see attached MissingFilesAppInGroupBanner.PNG).
Note that despite this, in both cases, files are visible in the event/group stream.
