Hello Joky,
I am sorry for the delay of this reply. First, you will need to feature a blogger on the front end. To feature a blogger, view his blogger's profile as a site admin.
Then, in the back end settings of EasyBlog, turn on the option "Auto feature blog post from featured blogger" as shown in the screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/RuueiEJ1nG7 .
After setting the above, whenever the author creates a new blog post, their blog post is automatically featured.
