the issue : "There is an error retrieving your Facebook details. Facebook returns an error message of: "An active access token must be used to query information about the current user." is not showing anymore when trying to register with facebook

However, now the user registering throug facebook is redirected to the homepage without his account having been created..

It looks like the issue that you are having is simply because you did not set a "namespace" for your app on Facebook. After setting the namespace, it works fine now.

I have checked your site and it seems like the issue is coming from this plugin: System - Google Analytics . When I disable this plugin, I was able to register to your site using Facebook successfully. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/Xi4jpHXl . Can you verify for me this issue is fixed?

strange as I see you could register through facebook..

I am lost...did not change anything in the fb app since friday..

Looks like it's the "System - Page Cache" plugin as it's actually caching all the contents of the browser and our script's weren't able to retrieve the tokens from Facebook. I have temporarily disabled this plugin, could you try this again?

Two plugins (google analytics and cache) to be disabled for the fb login to work.. thanks for having pointed that!!!

I ll give it a couple of tests and revert to you.
