Hi,

I receive this error when I try and edit my own reply on the front-end of my site

Fatal error: Call to undefined function load() in /home/brimban1/public_html/sandbox3/components/com_easydiscuss/controllers/posts.php on line 1550

Any help?

Thanks,

Daniel
hello Brimbank Libraries,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Yes, if you update your site login credential in "site details", that site detail tab section only our support guys can view it and that was private.
Actually that was known issues, can you update to latest version of Easydiscuss and see that error message still persists?

Hello Daniel,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Thank you for your help.

I've updated my site details via the "update site details" feature on your website.

Hello Todd,

I can't seem to bypass the administrator's password protection area

Excuse me but is this some kind of scam to get my administrator details?? I have seen these responses on a few other threads and I don't know who Todd is and why he is replying to this.

Hello,

I believe Todd replied to the wrong thread But our requests for the access is legitimate as we need to have the access to your site to check on your issues

Fair enough. If i enter the details in the "Site Details" tab, will this be private?
