Hello There,

I would like to thank your team for the lovely support which is on time and really helpful.

I want to enable users to login with Facebook and after reading the instruction on your page, I am struggling to enable the Facebook login in Easy Social. Could you please help me to activate the FB login in my website?

Have you already created the app on Facebook yet? You could follow the guide outlined in http://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/configuration/facebook on how you could set this up

I have followed the same instructions but as you can see in the attached file a message which I don't know what else to do, could you please help me to finish it and activate the FB login.

If you followed the instructions, you wouldn't get that error message. See my screen shot here, http://take.ms/bp0Zq . You probably missed this step.

Dear Mark,

I have did the whole process again and I get the same message again.Could you please have a look and solve this issue as facebook has changed the stages and processes now and the instruction is for older versions.

You are right Aman, it looks like Facebook rolled out another update yet again! Crap, they are changing their workflow every week!

I have updated this for you but in case anyone else is wondering, you now need to click on the new product and add Facebook login http://take.ms/FFt1R
