Hi Paride,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as I've missed out this post earlier.

It seems like what you are hitting is coming directly from your server where your server is enabling mod_security and blocking facebook request from being sent to your site. You can refer to our forum thread regarding on the similar issue about mod_security, http://stackideas.com/forums/auto-post-facebook-the-connection-was-reset-while-sign-in-with-facebook-account-first-and-grant-the-application-access#reply-219974 .

Can you consult with your webhosting service provider to temporarily disabled mod_security and then get back to us so we can help you with the autoposting integration?

Hi Paride,

For your Facebook apps issue, have you tried to turn on "enable Web OAuth Login" from the apps advanced settings? If the issue still persist kindly provide us with your joomla backend access, FTP access, and Facebook access so we can help you check the settings quickly.

Hi,
I do the modification, now the connection is ready and I don't have the problem; when I put the mod_security to on, I return to have a problem or everything function?

p.s the toke of facebook, that renew every 60 days, depend about the application or is a rules of facebook?

Thanks

Hey Paride,

Do you mean when you temporary turn off the mod_security, the Facebook authentication is working right?

That token renew is under Facebook app rules.
