You guys announced google plus authorship, but unfortunately google depreciated it citing some CTR issues, and I would like you to consider adding up facebook authorship so that the author facebook link appears whenever the post is shared on facebook.
Taking an example, this page - http://www.connectifypeople.com/sony-is-bringing-playstation-games-to-android-and-ios/ has the line <meta property="article:author" content="https://www.facebook.com/puttu09" />
in source, which makes the article, when shared on facebook, look like this - in which "Santosh Reddy" becomes a hyperlink to the facebook profile mentioned in above tag. Attached is screenshot of post shared on facebook

So, you can ask every author for a facebook profile/page URL, and accordingly the blog page would add the tag
Hm, this is a good idea and I will log this into our issue tracker Since we already have the "oauth" data, we could actually just use this data

Oh yeah, and if autoposting is disabled, then you might need to ask for fb url for author. And another good reason to provide a field for author is, if he wants to use a page URL instead of his profile URL...
