Export Users: User fist middle and last name are not exported

Hi,

Using ES 1.3.11, Joomla 3.3.6.

No matter what I do, none of the 2,000 users name information is exported.
All other fields are exported.


First two lines of CSV export:

id,username,Name::name,Name::first,Name::middle,Name::last,Timezone,Gender,Birthday::date,etc
350,xyz,,,,,,1,"1949-07-07 00:00:00",etc

Please advise.

Hi Sylvian,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I;ve checked your site and look like most of your user do not have the first, middle and last name entered in EasySocial. Anyway, I've added a fix at your site and now when you export users, if the above mention data not found, EasySocial will take the name from Joomla. Below is the file I've modified.

JOOMLA/media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/joomla_fullname/joomla_fullname.php

Can you please give it a try again?

Hi Sam,

Thank you for your reply.

I noticed that full name is always exported correctly.

However, first and last name are only exported when user saved his profile at least once.

Is it normal? Maybe the way you store user first and last names evolved in a previous version?

Hi Sylvian,

This is actually the default behaviour where, if the user did not enter the first name or last name before, the user export will only take the full name
