Event Times - Changing on there own

Hi

I'm having a weird issue and i just cant figure out whats going on, when i put an event in i set the times and date for the event and then save it.

For some reason, once the event is saved the time of the event seems to change to an earlier time. I know it sounds odd but its happening. Anychance you could have a look for me.
