When you reupload a photo in an existing album, the stream would actually push up these older stream items because they are ordered by last modified time. This is the same exact behavior as Facebook too

But I didn't reuploaded photo.
It will be correct to displays something like - user uploaded new photo or edited album,
but it displays - Uploaded photo in album 4 years ago

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, it indeed strange. I tried to replicate the issue on my local instance by editing the album's description / title but my action actually did not update the old stream's modify date nor create new stream item.

Can you tell me whats the reproduce steps to see this issue?
