  I am sorry for the delay of this reply. It looks like this is actually an issue with your hostings. It looks like somehow any component that I try to install on the site eventually ended up with the following errors,

  Anyway I have managed to perform a manual installation for you but I do think that somehow the PHP script actually hit the max_execution_time limit. It would be best if you could contact your hosting provider to have this value increased so that it'll be much easier for you to install other components in the future
