I am sorry that delay of this reply,

Actually that was not a module, when you set your post as featured, then it will populate on your blog listing page on top toolbar position.

If you would like to get rid of this feature slider, you can disable it from backend > Easyblog > settings > layout > listing tab > feature option area

By the way, I noticed you have a lot missing untranslated string, can I have permission to help you update 1 time for your Easyblog?

It seems like someone set filter some empty post category in your blog menu item, perhaps you can take a look of this page?

this will be ok, only the entrys (neu eingertroffen) should show up there.
But the posts from that category with this filter will not show up.
See screenshot.
Please help.

The reason why it didn't show the post in frontpage is because 4 of the posts is already set as featured posts and another 1 post set to do not show on frontpage blog listing.
