Can you tell me how I can remove the "empty box" above the photo?

I cannot find the likely suspect to remove that. Thanks very much.

If you need further access, I can provide, but I thought this might be a setting I am simply missing. Thank you.

Hello Bob,

We have actually posted a hot fix for this at https://stackideas.com/forums/placeholder-image-in-5-1-6 . This will be fixed in 5.1.7 for good but we are probably going to release it in the next couple of days as we are also including several other patches.
