Hey
My users don't receive their notification in email.i did all the steps mentiond here http://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/cronjobs/cpanel-cronjobs
The email address i use to configure the cronjob get this: /bin/sh: /bin/wget: No such file or directory
Hello Hanane,

This error: /bin/sh: /bin/wget: No such file or directory means the path to your wget is not valid. For the valid wget path, you might want to contact your webhosting.

Hey Hanane,

Have you contacted your webhosting service provider regarding on the correct wget path? Perhaps you can provide us with the following information so that we can check it for your instead:
1) Joomla backend access
2) FTP access
3) Cpanel access for your cronjob

Please advise.

Hi Hanane,

For some reason I did not received any cronjob notification email even if I set it to use my email address. By the way I've changed the cron command as follow:
/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=true"

Can you verify it for me if this work?

Hey Hanane,

Based on the result, it does seem to be correct. Are the emails being marked as sent now?

What about the emails in the Email activities at the back end of EasySocial? Does it display as being sent?

Hey hanane,

If they are shown as "sent", then EasySocial has already dispatched those emails. Whether or not those emails reach your users, it's a different question altogether because it would depend on the mail settings that you configured in your Joomla's Global Configuration section.
